Our South Perth team is growing , and we’re excited to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead, inspire, and make a real impact.

You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload.
What keeps things interesting is the mix of metro and regional work options. You’ll have the opportunity to work across different settings and communities, giving you real variety in how you deliver support and the participants you work with.
For those who enjoy a bit of travel, there are also optional FIFO opportunities to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland , a great way to broaden your experience with travel and accommodation organised and supported by our team!

Your R ole:
Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders
Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students
Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
