As the Rehabilitation Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of the WorkFocus team. Drawing upon your allied health skills, you will deliver services to help the working population of Western Australia recover from injury and return to work As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include: Provide return to work services to assist injured clients and their employers with safe and sustainable return to work outcomes Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to return-to-work rates, costs and durations Undertaking worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties Implement services as per Customer SLAs Provide high level rehabilitation services across a variety of portfolios including new employer and same employer goals Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required What you’ll bring to the role Australian recognised degree qualification and full Accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractoc or Physiotherapy Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time What we offer you: Excellent salary Eligibility for incentive program Rental Assistance CPD allowances Discipline specific supports and development to help you grow your career Paid leave (if needed) and travel costs to your Graduation Ceremony Truly flexible working, in the community, from home and the office – you set your schedule Learn and be mentored from a multi-award-winning team!
