Key Duties & Responsibilities:  Perform outbound calling to clients on approved cases and all future needs based selling outbound initiatives for TC Life Convert approved cases to issued policies through consultative, needs-based selling and closing skills Determine client’s need and financial situations through fact-finding and scheduling call-backs and/or email communication Participate in marketing campaign outbound calls as needed Achieve individual and team goals and quality objectives Work within TC Life NB & UW to assist with the application process that requires a licensed representative interaction in order to better serve the client Ensure adequate system documentation for each client transaction Must have at least three years of experience working as a financial advisor or inside sales representative.
