Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst for a long-term consulting engagement with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities: Participate on project teams formed to research, recommend, implement and maintain real estate technology based information and reporting systems. Lead the dialogue with Global Real Estate business partners to elicit requirements for ongoing process optimization and improvement initiatives. Design, develop and implement custom application functions and reports in accordance with stated business requirement. Author detailed technical design specifications and unit test cases in connection with developed product. Participate in ongoing production support activities involving a multi-enterprise, integrated property management and accounting platform. Research, document and remediate more complex technical and application support issues. 5+ years of overall experience including recent work as a Systems Analyst.  Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred; specifically any experience with real estate technology solutions.  Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.  All your information will be kept confidential.
