Feel free to check us out at http://www.mindlance.com Titles: Recruiter/ Sourcer III Location: 805 11th Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 Duration: 12 Months Required: • As part of our small and growing recruiting team, you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best talent in the world. • You'll be a frontline ambassador for Nest and ensure a great candidate experience whether it's the initial call, updates along the way or closing the loop. • You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and Nesters. • You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. • However, you are not a number. You're an integral part of Nest's overall success. • Serve as an expert for creating talent pool(s) by understanding the competitive landscape and hiring needs within Nest • Generate talent pipelines, engage with potential candidates and evaluate their fit for open roles • Shepherd candidates through the telephone interview phase and ensure a seamless transition to the recruiter • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to strategize and implement innovative pipeline generation efforts • Provide market intelligence to solve candidate pipeline challenges • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 4+ years of demonstrated technical sourcing experience with 1+ years of in-house/non-agency experience Preferred qualifications: • 4+ years recruiting server-side, embedded and/or apps software engineering candidates • Experience working at consumer electronics or internet services companies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment • Capable of solving complex pipeline challenges If you are interested feel free to reach Himanshu Prajapat on #732-813-0465 or email your resume on himanshup1(at)mindlance.com
