Feel free to check us out at http://www.mindlance.com Title: Business Analyst Location: 2 Folsom San Francisco, CA Duration: 6+ Months Contracts TEAM DESCRIPTION: The Digital Performance & Growth team works with the central and brand business teams to deliver and foster successful usage of commercial retail technology with a focus on helping to discover breakthrough business impact. Our goal is to continuously improve the commerce platforms through accelerated adoption of off-the-shelf tools and services. ROLE: We are seeking a business technology analyst & implementation manager to help with testing and supporting new tools that enhance our digital search & merch, marketing content and performance technology platforms. This role will be a hybrid of two functions: business analyst and implementation manager. CORE REQUIREMENTS ● Driving forward strategic initiatives under the Digital Performance & Growth charter ● Piloting commercially available tools and technologies, including management of integration points with existing systems ● Optimizing and scaling successful pilots ● Identifying and modeling process strategies within new concepts ● Interpreting commercial data reporting to aid in planning and health monitoring ● Business user training and guidance, including facilitation of regularly scheduled check-ins ROLE QUALIFICATIONS ● Interest in trending retail information technology innovations ● Understanding of the modern commerce technology stack- specifically commercially available off-the-shelf tools. ● Ability to perform A/B tests of feature functionality, extract data and conduct cost/benefit analysis ● Strong written and verbal communication with understanding of the dynamics of large organizational politics. Technical writing skills a plus. ● Ability to manage scope.
