Title: User Experience Designer (EBAYJP00013927) Location: San Francisco CA, Duration: 6 Months contract Requirements: 3 years of experience. Expertise in, and knowing when to apply the range of user research methods including lab and field studies, usability benchmarking, card sorting, cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations, etc. Practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods that span the product development life cycle from conceptualization to launch. Able to develop creative approaches to researching complex user experience problems and expertly share findings and actionable next steps. Must be organized, able to act independently and able to switch between projects in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Advanced Degree in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field. International and e-commerce experience a plus.
