PC compliant and able to install and configure hardware and software installs. Bug tracking and disposition of issues. Download, troubleshooting and verification of drivers and problem solving data entry. Collecting and documenting data from studies and providing step by step clear, professional communications on the problems and how they were solved or how to solve.  Hardware Technician Mandatory Skills Expert skills in verbal and written communications and documentation.  Skilled with driver downloading, troubleshooting and verifications  Knowledge with standard operating systems Windows, Android, Linux etc.  Experience with Bug Tracking and database managers (HSD, Bugzila, etc)  High degree of problem solving and troubleshooting skills and resolution  Needs to be a professional at all times when dealing with all groups.  PLUS SKILLS  Some software programming in C/C++  Mix of HW and SW skills is a big plus.  Hardware Technician Start Date ASAP Hardware Technician Assignment Length 10 Months "Please note that we are not able to work with candidates on H1B Visas or candidates represented by third parties."
