We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team in San Diego, United States. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
Manage and maintain office calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies
Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant team members
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
Greet visitors and create a welcoming office environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
Basic bookkeeping skills
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Professional demeanor and supportive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
