You’ll lead the security team, ensure compliance, maintain high standards, and act as the main point of contact for all on‑shift security matters. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident, and committed to delivering excellent service. 🛡️ Key Responsibilities Supervise and support on‑site security staff Ensure valid SIA licences and training compliance Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and documentation Assist with rotas and provide shift cover when needed Conduct welfare checks and performance monitoring Manage equipment checks (CCTV, Access Control, Radios, Alarms) Support investigations and produce written statements Promote professionalism, safety, and service excellence Support ongoing staff training and development Assist continuous improvement initiatives ✨ Key Skills Strong communicator Organised and reliable Confident team leader Proactive and professional Able to handle incidents calmly and efficiently 🎉 Why Join Us?
