RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Industrial Hygiene Program Specialist [DOE0093092]
Conduct hazard assessments, IH surveys, compliance with 10 CFR 851. This role provides services and support for Program Office #05 Assistant Manager for Safety, Environment, & Quality (AMSE/AMSQ) under Job Task #05.04 - Industrial Hygiene Program Specialist with Support Functions for Electrical, Facility Representative, Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety, Training, Environmental/Regulatory, Safety and Security Enforcement, Nuclear Safety, Criticality Safety, Engineering (Radiological Protection, Structural, Quality Assurance, Fire Protection), Technical & Regulatory Support Services provided across the Hanford Field Office (HFO).
Industrial Hygiene Program Specialist: Evaluates and oversees industrial hygiene programs to ensure compliance with regulations, providing technical expertise and operational awareness reporting. This position is crucial in ensuring the effective implementation and compliance of industrial hygiene programs, enhancing safety and health standards at the Hanford site. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 1 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role.
The role(s) are located in the Pacific Northwest Region is at or near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initially identified Work Site Address (Subject to Change or Working Remotely): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, Washington 99354

5–8+ years IH/safety; CIH/CSP preferred.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
BS in IH/Safety; HAZWOPER.
