Solidigm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting to join our Corporate Accounting organization within a fast-paced semiconductor and technology environment. This role will be responsible for supporting the company’s compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition requirements, with a strong focus on complex commercial arrangements, operational scalability, and enhancement of end-to-end revenue processes and controls. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical revenue recognition expertise under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, strong operational and process improvement capabilities, and the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams. This individual must be able to clearly communicate accounting requirements to both finance and non-finance stakeholders and drive practical business solutions while maintaining accounting compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead technical revenue accounting assessments and prepare accounting memorandums for complex customer arrangements under ASC 606 and IFRS 15, including: Variable consideration Material rights Standalone selling price (“SSP”) analysis Multiple performance obligation arrangements Distributor and channel programs Rebates, and incentive arrangements Contract modifications Principal versus agent considerations Review and evaluate sales contracts and strategic business arrangements to determine appropriate revenue recognition conclusions. Partner closely with Sales, Global Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, FP&A, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure revenue recognition considerations are appropriately incorporated into business processes and contract structures. Serve as a key advisor to business partners by clearly articulating revenue accounting guidance and operational implications under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS in a manner that non accountants would understand and appreciate. Enhance and strengthen end-to-end revenue accounting processes, internal controls, and operational governance frameworks to support a scalable global revenue accounting environment. Lead process improvement initiatives related to order-to-cash, contract review, revenue reserve methodologies, and revenue systems automation. Support CRM and system implementation projects, including Salesforce or similar platforms, to ensure appropriate revenue recognition considerations, system configurations, and internal controls are designed and implemented effectively. Partner with IT and business teams on ERP and CRM integrations impacting revenue accounting processes and reporting. Support quarterly and annual financial close processes, including revenue analytics, reserve assessments, technical accounting documentation, and audit support. Coordinate with external auditors on revenue accounting matters and support audit and regulatory inquiries. Monitor emerging accounting guidance and assess the impact of new accounting pronouncements related to revenue recognition. Develop and maintain revenue accounting policies, procedures, and training materials. Mentor and develop revenue accounting team members and support the overall growth of the accounting organization. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in revenue recognition and public accounting experience with a Big 4 or national accounting firm. Extensive expertise in ASC 606 and IFRS 15, including complex revenue arrangements and technical accounting analysis. Strong experience with: Variable consideration Material rights SSP analysis Revenue reserve methodologies Distributor and channel accounting Complex commercial contract reviews Experience designing and improving revenue accounting processes and internal controls in a global environment. Familiarity with ERP and CRM system integrations and automated revenue workflows. Ability to communicate complex accounting guidance to non-accounting stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.
