Great, walk into our offices. NuORDER is seeking a HR Manager to come in and own the HR function for a rapidly growing team. This candidate will be an integral part in shaping the culture and working environment at NuORDER. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HR business processes and an understanding of how to be a successful business partner in a results-driven, fast-paced startup. Specifically… Formulate and champion culture initiatives to make NuORDER a first class working environment. Recruitment and onboarding of key talent across the organization. Creation, implementation and communication of HR policies. Continuous improvement of people initiatives and processes. Create and implement procedures and guidelines for the onboarding and training of new staff. Implementation of performance review and development processes. Management and administration of HR related payroll and benefits. Ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and HR requirements. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES EDUCATION: BA/BS or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of relevant HR management experience preferably within a startup or similar fast paced environment Previous experience managing and advising on all HR related best practice rules and guidelines Experience working with Trinet or other similar third party HR service providers. Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Proven ability to motivate, lead and collaborate with business partners. Ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment; start-up experience is a huge plus. Excitement for fashion and technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. WHY NuORDER?
