If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated by meaningful impact, this role gives you a seat at the table where science, sustainability, and global operations intersect.
This position is based on-site at our Bend, Oregon headquarters , with periodic domestic and international travel, and reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Regulatory Affairs.
What You’ll Do
As a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products, facilities, and operations comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements, while helping the business move forward responsibly. This role is best suited for candidates early in their regulatory careers who are looking to develop hands-on experience in a structured, in-office environment.
You will:
Support regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, and documentation for products, ingredients, and manufacturing activities in collaboration with global teams
Maintain accurate regulatory records, permits, certifications, and compliance documentation
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to waste management, emissions, chemical handling, and required reporting
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, including preparation and follow-up actions
Partner closely with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into processes, procedures, and product development
Monitor, interpret, and clearly communicate evolving regulatory and environmental requirements
Track regulatory changes and assess potential business impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies
Help develop training materials and educate employees on regulatory and environmental compliance expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen compliance systems, reduce risk, and enhance sustainability performance

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in regulatory, environmental compliance, EHS, or a related field

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and records
Ability to follow established processes and apply regulatory requirements in day-to-day work
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
