PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a part-time Speech Pathologist   in our Woodburn location (Legacy Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation). Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties Develop and implement effective treatment programs Provide counseling to patients and patient's families about the results of testing and recommended treatment options Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits Collaborate and delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines Licensed SLP Strong, disciplined work ethic Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment modalities CPR and first aid certification are preferred Company Perks: $5,000 - $7,500 sign-on bonus $5,000 tuition assistance per year for each year of service up to three years totaling $15,000 $1,250 continuing education allowance per year Excellent benefits package, including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time off   Multiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadership   Employee discount plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) New graduate mentoring and onboarding Family-friendly work environment Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive The anticipated base salary range for this position is $38.00- $46/hr. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
