U.S. Physical Therapy (USPh) is one of the nation’s largest publicly traded operators of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, with hundreds of locations across 41+ states. Our clinics provide acute, post‑operative, and preventative care for a wide range of orthopedic and neurologic conditions, including sports‑ and work‑related injuries.
USPh’s unique operating model is built on partnership. Each clinic is led by a licensed physical therapist and supported through strong local referral relationships. Many of our clinics are developed in partnership with local practice owners who retain meaningful ownership, and we also invest in existing physical therapy practices to support long‑term growth.
In Washington State, USPh proudly supports four strong clinic partnerships spanning from Bellevue to Blaine. These locally led practices combine community‑based care with the resources and stability of a national organization.
