We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative clinical environment.
Evaluate and assess patients using evidence-based clinical examination techniques to develop comprehensive understanding of their conditions
Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and functional needs
Deliver hands-on, therapeutic interventions using current manual therapy techniques and modalities
Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and recovery best practices to promote long-term wellness
Maintain accurate, timely, and organized clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
Monitor patient progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient feedback
Communicate transparently with patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment progress and clinical recommendations
**Required Qualifications:**
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and positive patient outcomes
Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
Desire for professional growth and continuing education
