Deliver proficient evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans
Provide highly skilled physical therapy treatment at every visit
Drive patient outcomes through consistent follow-through on plans of care
Serve every patient with energy, focus, joy, and unreasonable hospitality
Demonstrate Wright PT’s core values in all interactions
Communicate professionally and empowering with patients, referral sources, and community members
Collaborate positively with teammates to maintain an uplifting clinic environment

Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state of Idaho license or ability to obtain by hire date, CPR certification
Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
