Directhaul are seeking an experienced and professional Road Tanker Driver Operator to join our Broome based team, transporting LNG though out the Kimberley’s.
To be successful in this role, you must hold a current MC License, Dangerous Goods Licence, have minimum 3 years triple Road Train operating experience as well as mechanical experience. Working in remote areas of Australia experience is also required.
Our Drivers are continuously trained to ensure they maintain the necessary accreditations, licences, and mindset to provide a professional service. You will be part of a team that understands the importance of offering a customised approach to transportation and join a dedicated team who work closely with clients to ensure they can access reliable and cost-efficient transport solutions that meet their needs.
All LNG training is provided
11 & 3 roster
5 weeks holidays
Attractive hourly rate.
Drivers will be required to load, transport and unload bulk LNG
Complete daily prestart and WHS checks on vehicle and equipment
Develop positive relationships with team and customers
Follow instructions from Depot manager for daily duties, trip sheet and timeframes this includes work diary and fatigue management.
Ensure safety and compliance including Dangerous Goods and National Heavy Vehicle Requirements are always adhered to.
Triple Road train experience (Minimum 3 years’ experience)
Current MC licence
Dangerous Goods Licence and experience with dangerous goods
Experience working in remote areas of Australia
Mechanical experience
Knowledge of current Work Health and Safety and how to operate a vehicle safely
Willing to undertake National Police check and pre-employment medical prior to employment
