Sr. Logistics Operation Specialist- Bilingual (Korean/English)

Coordinate overall FTL transportation operations to ensure efficient and on-time service Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, customers, and logistics partners Negotiate freight rates while maximizing profitability and maintaining service quality Monitor shipments and resolve service issues, delays, claims, and operational challenges in a timely manner Collaborate with internal departments including operations, dispatch, customer service, and accounting to support daily business activities Provide guidance, support, and timely performance feedback to team members Assist with process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned Support administrative tasks and reporting requested by management Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred, as the role involves frequent communication with Korean-speaking clients and partners in both the U.S. and Korea Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software   Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum 4+ years of experience in freight forwarding, trucking, or logistics industry preferred Supervisory experience preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.   Physical Requirements Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in from of the computer for long periods Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing and typing Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds at times  *** NO C2C ***
