UX/UI Designer

YourCause provides companies the CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform, which is a dynamic online community tool to consolidate core programming that elevates limited communications, increases participation and truly measures success through comprehensive real-time reporting. The fully-hosted and managed platform contains flexible choices of modules for programs such as employee giving, volunteer, disaster relief, grant management, payroll deductions and more. YourCause is looking for a Senior UI / UX Designer who values simple, beautiful design and intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience designing in a SAAS environment. You'll be working closely with our Design, Engineering, and Product teams to maintain design consistency as our products develop. Your Responsibilities will Include Developing engaging interactions and visual designs Creating design specifications, process flows, wireframes, and mock-ups Contributing to our company culture Technical Skills and Experience Advanced skills in Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Deep knowledge of user experience design for mobile and web HTML / CSS experience is a plus Experience with prototyping tools such as inVision also a plus Must Haves Portfolio demonstrating UX process and design creation Empathy for users, self-driven and a passion for UX Experience with design tools and flexibility to learn new ones Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills; The ability to explain rationale behind your strategy and decision Check us out and apply at https://solutions.yourcause.com/careers/#open-positions
