Client Processing Manager

YourCause provides companies the CSRconnect Employee Engagement Platform, which is a dynamic online community tool to consolidate core programming that elevates limited communications, increases participation and truly measures success through comprehensive real-time reporting. The fully-hosted and managed platform contains flexible choices of modules for programs such as employee giving, volunteer, disaster relief, grant management, payroll deductions and more. We’re seeking individuals with 3-5 years consistent accounting and finance work experience. Most importantly, we’re looking for individuals who are smart, driven, dedicated, personable, thorough, and very detail oriented. We want someone who gets excited about delivering the resources necessary for non-profits to drive impact. Skill Sets Analytical problem solving – anticipating, analyzing, diagnosing & solving problems Maintain an organized workspace and flow Proven attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong time and project management of small to large internally focused projects A commitment to timeliness and reliability Flexible and proactive to assist on last minute client or team needs Responsibilities Execute a defined workflow for each of your client(s) Process invoices for payment and keep record Review and process employee donation reports Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple client bank accounts Produce invoice analysis for major vendors Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required (mathematical studies are acceptable) OR equivalent experience in the workforce such as 3-5 years in a full-time number-oriented position or rigorous internships Proficiency in MS Excel and/or accounting systems required Excellent written and oral communication skills Visit and apply! https://yourcause2010.wufoo.com/forms/join-our-team/
