Skype for Business Server / Lync client support (PC, Mac and mobile) 2. Skype for Business Server / Lync video room systems support 3. Support of Polycom or Cisco Skype integrated devices 4. Support, optimize and maintain Skype for Business Server / Lync infrastructure with high availability 5. Skype for Business / Lync application patching 6. Manage support escalations and drive issue resolution to completion including leveraging of proper processes and communications, working with vendors as required 7.
