Thanks & Regards Kumar.T | Resourcing Executive KRG Technologies, Inc., 25000 Avenue Stanford, Suite #243, Valencia, CA 91355 Direct : 661-558-8000 Ext : 303 | www.krgtech.com Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the Agile Release Train in delivering software based on the program roadmap • Facilitate planning sessions with Product Management and Solution Architect Teams • Monitor and ensure delivery of commitments made by Product Management and Solution Architect Teams • Plan and lead key events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, PI Demo etc • Monitor changes to the program roadmap and keep key stakeholders informed of any changes. • Implement key process improvements to ensure optimal productivity across the ART • Collaborate with scrum masters and POs to ensure that agile practices are consistent across teams in the ART • Conduct training sessions as and when necessary to onboard new teams and/or resources • Implement best practices and changes to the SAFe framework as and when necessary to improve the overall productivity of the ART. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, Management, Math, or related field. Master’s degree a plus. • Minimum of 6-7 years of leading agile projects and working as an RTE or a similar role for 1+ years • Proven ability to develop task plans, manage time effectively across multiple simultaneous project activities, and meet target deadlines • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation skills as well as the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical staff • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in team environment, but also self-motivated to produce results with minimal direction • Ability to form working relationships with groups of people from varied backgrounds, experience, and education levels Preferred Qualifications : • Experience applying Scaled Agile Framework and possessing SPC 4.0 /SA certification a plus • Experience with planning tools preferably Version One is a plus .
