Must have (in order importance): · Angular2 · TypeScript · JavaScript · CSS/CSS3 and Flexbox · RxJS (How to use Observables) · HTML/HTML5 Good to have: · JHipster · D3.js · webpack · Strong Object Oriented Programming Knowledge · Strong Self Learning Techniques · Design Patterns · Angular CLI Should be able to create a basic CRUD Web App in Angular2 & TypeScript from scratch (the candidate can use webpack, SystemJS or Angular CLI for this) and have the ability to use JSON Mocks for it (using Observables if possible).
