We are highly regarded as Workday’s Premier Higher Education Partner, and we proudly celebrate this achievement.   At Alchemy, we believe that success begins with people, and we’ve made it our mission to hire individuals with great potential and provide them with the tools and resources needed to build rewarding Workday consulting careers.   Read more about Alchemy’s values here: https://alchemy.us/about/.   Your responsibilities   Be a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Records, Recruiting and Admissions product(s) , or Workday Student Security   Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementation s for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers   Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday   Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions   Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model   Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects   Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices   Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production   Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets   Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively   Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications   About you (Required skills)   Minimum 4 years of e xperience leading the Workday Student Records or Recruiting and Admissions workstreams or as a Security lead on multiple Workday Student implementations   Active Workday Student Records or Recruiting and Admissions certifications   Significant consulting or practitioner experience in higher education   Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint   Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations   Passion for providing exceptional customer service   Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience   Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%   About you (Bonus skills)   Experience supporting or leading the Curriculum & Advising, Academic Foundation, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Reporting or Testing workstreams   Active Workday Reporting, HCM, or Financials certifications   For you (What we offer)   Market competitive compensation packages and annual merit program   A remote work environment   One-time home office reimbursement for new hires   Expense allowance per pay period (towards technology, office, and/or wellness)   Investment in your ongoing Workday training   Medical, dental, and vision benefits that begin on day one   HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life benefits   Unlimited paid time off.
