Job Description
The Strategic Organization and Talent Advisor, Expert provides strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership team of an Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Market Facing Business (MFB) at Allstate. This role works closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact talent initiatives that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities Proactively consult on broad business strategies to elevate and prioritize talent-driven initiatives
Provide evidence-based consulting on strategic talent initiatives including organization design, workforce planning, compensation, succession and development, engagement, team effectiveness, and workforce transitions
Build strong relationships across HR and business leadership to establish credibility and trust
Lead the delivery of talent strategies of moderate to high complexity aligned to business priorities
Ensure all initiatives are clearly tied to business outcomes and measurable value
Build and present business intelligence and insights using storytelling to influence executive decision-making
Leverage analytics and benchmarking (internal/external) to inform recommendations and solutions
Navigate effectively between AOR-specific priorities and enterprise-wide needs
Lead change management efforts tied to organizational transformation and talent implications
Influence and enable change to support business growth and talent priorities
Functional Skills: Connects business strategy to talent implications and priorities
Influences up, down, and across to drive decisions
Diagnoses issues and develops practical, data-informed solutions
Builds trust quickly with leaders and partners effectively
Navigates and leads through ambiguity and evolving business needs
Adjusts approach across diverse leadership styles to drive outcomes
Challenges the status quo and identifies opportunities to enhance effectiveness
Education and Experience:
7–10 years of experience across HR, organizational effectiveness, strategic consulting, or related areas
Proven experience advising and partnering with senior leaders on complex HR programs and initiatives
Demonstrated success developing and executing talent strategies aligned to business priorities
Proven ability to operate independently in a consultative, executive-facing environment
Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge thinking, and build credibility across HR and business leadership
What Sets You Apart Expertise in organization design and organizational effectiveness, with experience leading complex cross-functional and HR initiatives
Exposure to business-facing functions (e.g., sales, distribution, or go-to-market), contributing to strategy or operating model design
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory duties but will lead, influence, and direct work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Location Remote-US
Travel Approximately 4-8 times per year
Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.
When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 100,000.00 - 170,500.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
