To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit  www.amcor.com  I  LinkedIn  I  Glassdoor  I  Facebook   I  YouTube Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited   to:   1.     Provide   EHS   training   and support for the site , including new hire, re-train ing , and high-risk Ops.   2.     Identify hazardous conditions along with corrective actions for findings for the site.    3.     Models the highest level of safety leadership behaviors and addresses and corrects unsafe behaviors.    4.     Respond s   to accident/near miss investigations and   assist   in implementation of corrective/preventive actions .    5.       Provides support and completion of   MOC   process.   6 .     Monitors GDC or other similar reporting systems daily, analyzes, follows up, and ensures actions are complete for items logged in the system. (Injury/Illness,   Near miss , and Observations).   7.   Conducts site specific EHS Audits with Leadership engagement.   8.   Ensures that departmental and corporate goals   &   objectives   are being met,   assists   with development of action plans to address   gaps in   metrics .   9.   Assist and lead the development of NRTHA, Risk Assessments, LOTO Documents.   10.   Assists and or leads the development of programs, projects, and policies for the EHS department.   11. Provide plant floor engagement and   interaction,   this role requires significant plant floor exposure.    12. Acts as a resource and site contact for Contractor Safety Management.   13. Assist in Emergency and Crisis Management Situations including Muster Location support and roll call.    AUTHORITIES:   Act as the EHS   focal/SME   for   all PIT incident investigations, while displaying the most ethical, professional behaviors and acting with integrity.    Address any unsafe or at-risk behaviors/conditions   immediately   in a professional manner to ensure the safety and health of anyone at the site.   QUALIFICATIONS:   1.    High school diploma / GED equivalent   2 .    Prior safety training experience recommended, but not   required   3 .  Strong   organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.    4 .    Proficient   in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Power Point.   5 .    Proven   ability to lead, motivate, and direct employees .   6 .  Excellent   verbal and written skills.   7 .  Ability   to train in a group setting .     Our Expectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
