Build Scalable B2B Products That Drive Measurable Impact
At Asurion, we serve 300M+ customers globally. Our success as a B2B2C company is built on strong B2B relationships with the world’s largest consumer brands who give us the opportunity to deliver world-class experiences to their customers daily. Asurion’s Lifecycle Care Product Team is responsible for growing B2B client value by improving program performance, accelerating time-to-value, optimizing customer experiences, and modernizing how we bring products to the world’s largest consumer brands — spanning tech, telecom, e-commerce.
Although Asurion’s brand is consumer-facing, our growth motion is fundamentally B2B. We win and scale enterprise partnerships by packaging our capabilities as defined offerings, standardizing how we integrate into client environments, and measuring program performance so that what works for one client can scale across many.
We’re at an inflection point: evolving to a scalable product platform that can onboard new partners faster, support more diverse program configurations, and drive measurable improvements in cost, conversion, and customer experience.
This team sits at the intersection of enterprise complexity and modern product craft. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how opportunities enter and move through the Lifecycle Care product ecosystem — ensuring the right work is prioritized, clearly defined, aligned to business outcomes, and structured for successful execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings strong strategic judgment, and can create clarity across commercial, operational, and product stakeholders.
This role is less about feature ownership and more about defining what is worth building, how opportunities should be framed, and ensuring teams are set up to execute successfully before work begins.
What You’ll Do You’ll partner across commercial, operations, product, engineering, and governance teams to evaluate opportunities, structure initiatives, and ensure scalable, high-quality work enters the product delivery system.
Own Program Intake and Opportunity Definition Lead evaluation and intake of new client opportunities, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, clearly defined, and positioned to drive measurable business outcomes
Establish scalable intake, discovery, and prioritization processes that improve clarity, visibility, and decision quality across teams
Assess incoming opportunities and determine the best path forward — configurable product capabilities, custom development, operational solutions, partner-led approaches, or alternative recommendations
Identify patterns across client requests and organizational needs to inform broader product and program strategy
Ensure alignment on scope, outcomes, success criteria, and expectations before initiatives enter execution
Drive Cross-Functional Discovery and Alignment Partner closely with Client, Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to shape opportunities before development work begins
Act as the translation layer between stakeholders, ensuring business problems, customer outcomes, and technical considerations remain aligned throughout discovery and planning
Structure work into the appropriate delivery motion — proof of concept, pilot, commercial launch, or operational initiative — with clear milestones and exit criteria
Facilitate decision-making and governance processes that balance strategic opportunity, scalability, delivery complexity, and business impact
Create frameworks and operating rhythms that improve organizational clarity and consistency, including emerging AI-enabled workflows and decision processes
Connect Strategic Decisions to Business Outcomes Ensure opportunities entering the roadmap are tied to clear business value, operational outcomes, and measurable success metrics
Provide leadership visibility into opportunity pipelines, prioritization rationale, tradeoffs, and delivery readiness
Influence decision-making by packaging opportunities with strong business context, customer insights, and strategic recommendations
Stay engaged through execution to ensure delivered outcomes align with original goals and stakeholder expectations
Continuously improve how Lifecycle Care evaluates, structures, and operationalizes enterprise opportunities at scale
What You Bring 5–8+ years of Product Management, Program Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or related experience in enterprise B2B environments
Experience working across complex, cross-functional organizations where success depends on alignment between commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking and discovery skills — you can connect business problems, customer needs, operational realities, and technical constraints into a clear recommendation
Demonstrated ability to create structure and clarity in ambiguous environments with evolving processes and priorities
Experience leading intake, prioritization, governance, roadmap planning, or large-scale initiative definition processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution and detail orientation
Strong analytical instincts and business judgment, with experience using data and outcomes to guide decisions
Experience with enterprise SaaS, platform products, operational workflows, AI-enabled processes, or large-scale service organizations is a plus
