Job Summary:
The Operations Support Specialist primary responsibilities for this job are to perform a variety of Operational Support tasks such as managing materials in the warehouse, prep material for installers, perform field work, and building of extensions.
Job Responsibilities
Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair digital displays. Communicate with Operations Manager and Digital Tech Ops to ensure resolution of issues
Manages inventory within the branch, including shipping, receiving, appropriate logging of material, and material storage.
Prepares daily workload for installers
Ensures all used copy materials (i.e. PE, Cardboard) are packaged and scheduled for shipping to appropriate partner.
Performs copy installations or adjustments (i.e. fix ‘blow-outs’, tighten bulletins or premieres) as needed
Performs certain safety functions such as facility inspections or participating in safety training topics
Performs certain field maintenance functions such as vegetation control, structure painting, imprint replacement, etc. as needed
Builds and installs extensions when needed
Assists in managing in-shop fleet (including forklift) maintenance logs
Fields issues from landlords and forwards to correct department as needed
Troubleshoots and investigates quality control issues with vendors
Unloads material deliveries with the forklift
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education and Certifications
High School diploma preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
Minimum one (1) year related work experience in a warehousing, shipping/receiving capacity
Minimum one (1) year related work experience working at heights preferred
Minimum one (1) year related work experience in light carpentry preferred
Skills
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
Must have the ability to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook).
Must have ability to learn and use company and customer system(s).
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.
