Completing it early is optional—but those who do (and perform well) get   priority consideration .   What Does a Senior Energy Engineer Do?   Perform ASHRAE Level II audits independently   Develop and rationalize energy savings calculation methodologies   Apply deep knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS, and controls   Author IPMVP-compliant M&V plans and reports   Provide technical guidance and training to program teams   Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple technical areas   Champion innovative solutions to improve energy-saving programs   You’re   a Great Fit If You Have…   5+ years of experience   in e nergy efficiency   BS in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) , MS preferred   Expertise   in HVAC, BAS, RCx, and industrial systems   Strong knowledge of ASHRAE auditing, M&V protocols, and energy modeling   Professional certifications preferred:   PE, CEM, CMVP   Target compensation varies by state and program budget   We will share roles that meet your skills/location.
