Job Responsibilities:
• Perform sales activities of life Insurance including but not limited to product selling, after sales service, renewal and claims follow-up for the development of new business and retain existing business for CIBL as well.
• Work mainly with the RMs of Business Banking and Private Banking to explore and develop business opportunities of bank clients for achieving assigned sales targets. Drive & motivate the insurance business of these business units to perform the desired business result.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction rating is achieved by meeting the predetermined service standards.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide quality services to both Relationship Managers and Customers.
• Perform duties in full compliance with the CIB & CIBL’s Operations guidelines & requirements as well as the Regulatory Bodies’ Legal & Compliance Rules.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.
• Customer- Centricity: Establishes oneself as a trusted advisor by participating in customer’s decision-making process, as appropriate.
Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in selling life insurance products to corporate / individual customers.
• Possess qualifications for relevant insurance licenses registration.
• Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Retail Wealth Management (RWM).
