We are seeking a seasoned New Product Program Manager to join our dynamic team, build and manage ASIC Program schedules, and ensure best-in-class operational excellence across the full ASIC product lifecycle-from prototype through production sustainment. As a New Product Program Manager (NPPM), you will be responsible for driving the successful introduction and ramp-up of new silicon products from concept through production. You will partner multi-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives are met. This role requires strong program management skills, technical competence, and the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple organizations. Your Impact Program Leadership: Lead multi-functional teams through the full silicon product lifecycle-from definition, prototyping, and validation through volume production. Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules, achievements, and deliverables. Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage program risks, ensuring timely mitigation plans are in place. Partner Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for program status, updates, and critical issues to senior management and interested parties. Lifecycle Ownership: Own all aspects of product lifecycle management-scope definition, BOM/POR, schedules, interlocks, communication, and sustaining handoffs. Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure alignment and resolve issues. Cost and Quality Targets: Ensure products meet established cost, quality, and reliability targets at each development stage. Operational Rigor: Monitor alignment to Plan of Record (POR), manage changes, and ensure alignment with schedule, quality, and cost targets. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present program status reports, post-mortems, and lessons learned to leadership. Program Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program execution, using standard methodologies and lessons learned. Required Qualifications 8+ years of program management experience in semiconductor, silicon, ASIC, or high-tech product development. Demonstrated success in launching at least ten new silicon products within fast-paced, settings 10+ years of experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management for silicon ASICs including process, product and package qualifications as well as Test HW process and bring-up. Knowledge of silicon development flows: architecture, design, verification, product/test engineering, and silicon lifecycle management. Experience translating customer requirements into actionable engineering achievements. Familiarity with hardware/system design, testing, and production engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Master's degree highly preferred. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams without direct authority. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification. Experience with silicon product development, ASIC/SoC, or hardware manufacturing. Familiarity with supply chain operations, quality/reliability testing, and manufacturing process flows. Black Belt in Six Sigma or equivalent process innovation/management. Experience using program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
