ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Regional Merchandiser II, you will support the development and execution of regional merchandising strategies that deliver consumer-right assortments, align to brand priorities, and drive profitable growth in the marketplace.
Working within the regional Go-To-Market (GTM) process, you contribute to assortment planning, product adoption, and seasonal execution. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product strategies are translated into clear, accurate, and actionable deliverables.
This role focuses on enabling strong execution through data accuracy, insights, and collaboration, while building foundational skills in merchandising strategy, product storytelling, and business performance management.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Support the development of consumer- and market-relevant assortments aligned to regional strategy, incorporating performance data, pricing architecture, and consumer insights
Assist in building End-in-Mind assortments, including channel segmentation, product flow, and price point coverage to balance brand and commercial goals
Execute seasonal GTM processes, ensuring accurate SKU selection, pricing, forecasting, and on-time deliverables across key milestones
Maintain merchandising systems and tools to ensure data integrity across product adoption, forecasting, and catalog readiness
Prepare and support key GTM deliverables, including pre-lines, checkpoints, and sales meeting materials
Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful handoff of product stories, positioning, and key information to Sales teams
Analyze sales performance, SKU productivity, and market trends to inform assortment optimization and pricing strategies
Provide insights and recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, product mix, and overall business performance
Represent the regional consumer through data-backed insights and support decision-making with actionable observations
Contribute to operational excellence through sample management, team initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
YOU ARE
An emerging merchant with a strong interest in developing assortment strategy and product acumen
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and operational excellence
Analytical and curious, with a foundational understanding of financial and business drivers
A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and works effectively across functions
Organized and proactive, with the ability to execute within established processes while building problem-solving skills
YOU HAVE
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field
Working knowledge of merchandising systems, tools, and Go-To-Market processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills
Ability to translate data into insights and support business decisions
Ability to travel up to 20%
