Position Overview As a Sales Associate at Jimmy Choo, you will be an ambassador of our brand, bringing the passion, craftsmanship, and glamour of Jimmy Choo to life. You will provide an exceptional, world-class luxury shopping experience to every client entering our Prague boutique. Your ultimate goal is to drive sales, build long-term client relationships, and maintain the highest standards of visual presentation. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Excellence & Clienteling Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Deliver a personalized and memorable luxury customer service experience. Proactively recruit new clients and maintain a strong personal client book. Cultivate long-term relationships with local and international customers through consistent follow-ups. 2. Product Knowledge & Brand Image Demonstrate deep knowledge of Jimmy Choo collections, materials, and trends. Share the brand’s heritage and story enthusiastically with clients. Act as a role model, embodying the sophisticated, glamorous, and stylish image of Jimmy Choo. 3. Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising Assist with daily boutique operations, including stock management, inventory, and replenishment. Maintain strict adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to ensure the boutique looks pristine. Handle transactions accurately using the POS system and follow cash-handling procedures. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred. Languages: Fluent in English and Czech (both spoken and written). Additional languages (e.g., Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic) are a strong advantage. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills. Mindset: Results-driven, proactive team player with a passion for luxury fashion, footwear, and accessories.
