Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community

Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including: Phone calls and emails

Shipping merchandise out-of-town
Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets)
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales
Assist with inventory and special projects as needed Associates should be able to effectively cover Back of House as needed and perform various inventory as well as Shipping / Receiving tasks
