The Role
This exciting role will lead Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services Sales pursuits with mid-market public companies. This leader will play a key role in shaping the future of this important growth business.
You will lead team-based sales pursuits of public companies for their equity administration business. You will focus on driving growth across the Western United States. In addition to playing an integral role in the Stock Plan Services business, you will also partner closely with other businesses across the Fidelity enterprise.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
5 years Institutional (business to business) sales experience
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
Proven track record of sales success
Experience working with pre-IPO companies and the associated ecosystem
Demonstrated effective sales process
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Effective organization and prioritization skills
Strategic development and planning skills
High emotional intelligence and interest in other human beings
Desire to roll your sleeves up and work with and for your teammates
You are self-aware and demonstrate history of self-improvement
You are analytical, creative, and have strong critical thinking skills
The Team
Fidelity Stock Plan Services and Non-Qual (SPSNQ) is Fidelity’s equity compensation administration services business, which is a 650 plus person, vertically integrated in the Workplace Investing (WI) division. Fidelity’s SPSNQ business manages relationships with 750 plus clients and 2.7 M participants in 198 countries, including 150 S and P 500 companies, providing administrative support services for these clients and individual support and guidance to plan participants.
This role has a base + commission compensation structure with an annual target of $300-400k.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
