When you join a   GoTo   product team, you’ll take on a key role in this process and see your work be used by millions of users worldwide.   Your Day to Day    As a Staff Full-stack Engineer (Frontend, JavaScript)   , you would be working on   Delivering innovative solutions - solving everything in the remote support world without barriers, with high quality, user-friendly and cross-browser experienc es,   while   leveraging   modern AI-assisted development tools where   appropriate to   enhance productivity and solution quality   Driving technical initiatives within a team or organization and take on leadership   responsibilities ,   including promoting the responsible adoption of AI-supported engineering practices   Designing, building and maintaining reusable, performant, and reliable UI components, single-page applications and micro-services used by millions of users by collaborating closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements, UI design and   scope ,   while   utilizing AI tools to support design, prototyping, and implementation   where   beneficial   Building well-crafted software, and covering your code with unit- and integration tests, conducting code reviews and give valuable feedback to your colleagues, mentoring other people and continuously improving yourself and your team’s processes, brainstorming   ideas   In a cross-functional team in agile environment, taking ownership of features   and epics with   a strong team   of enthusiastic and talented   experts   a nd   leveraging   AI where   appropriate to   support analysis, documentation, and decision-making while   maintaining   transparency and alignment   What We’re Looking For   As a Staff Full-stack Engineer (Frontend, JavaScript)   , your background   will look like   5+ years of experience in a similar role working in the software   industry   Exceptional understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem   Strong experience in building maintainable Single Page Applications with React, designing and developing backend API microservices using Node.js, with automated unit and integration testing and continuous integration; Experience with TypeScript, Web Components, GraphQL APIs , Docker, WebRTC, WebSocket and AWS platform is a plus.  Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, analysis, and automation), or a strong willingness to adopt them, with an understanding of their limitations and best practices   Willingness to learn and try new technologies and   software development  processes , including   emerging AI-driven engineering approaches where they add value   Engineering mindset, self-starter attitude, taking ownership and driving forward the topics to completion and customer success, self-motivated, enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment and pursue details that sometimes really   matter   What We Offer At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
