Position Description: Provide technical oversight and guidance to developers and architects to deliver end-to-end data solutions Drive the advancement of technical and business capabilities across the function through mentorship and knowledge sharing Identify, analysis and create efficiencies within existing solutions Lead the modernization of legacy flat‑file integrations by designing and implementing cloud‑native data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure SQL, including orchestration of API‑based ingestion and delivery patterns. Participate in planning and meeting the organization’s future technology needs. Drive the transition from traditional flat‑file inbound/outbound processes toward API‑driven integration models, ensuring new solutions align with cloud architecture standards and support long‑term modernization goals. Leverage best practices, industry standards to plan and implement Holman solutions Support onboarding efforts by contributing to the initial training experience for new hires and enabling ongoing skill development through coaching and guidance. Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of team members by offering feedback and input into development and performance discussions, as appropriate. Delegate tasks and set deadlines Establish technical objectives, monitor progress against key deliverables, and report on relevant performance and delivery metrics. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned Education and/or Training: Bachelor degree, Computer Science, Math or IT preferred Hands-on application development experience Advanced hands‑on experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core, including ability to review developer code, enforce coding standards, and support performance tuning of data-access patterns. Understanding of Azure resources and architecture In depth experience in SLDC (development patterns, version on control, deployment pipelines) Advanced knowledge of data movement and transformation Practical experience in data modeling Experience using ETL tools Experience in or knowledge of BI Reporting Tools Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in application development Experience supporting CI/CD processes, including Azure DevOps pipelines for .NET, API, Azure Function Apps, and ADF deployments. Business Process development Must have design experience and a proven track record of designing and leading Strong analytical skills, able to effectively solve problems in a timely manner Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy Able to translate high‑level cloud strategy into actionable technical direction, guiding developers through modernization initiatives and ensuring consistent adoption of new integration patterns.
