Senior Manager, FP&A – Wealth Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, FP&A to join our growing FP&A department at Integrity. This role will be part of the Shared Services FP&A team and will support key aspects of financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting for the Wealth business. This position reports to the CFO of Wealth. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, contributing to informed decision-making and operational excellence while modeling Integrity’s core values through collaboration, accountability, and service to stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities: Support and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of development, inclusion, and continuous improvement aligned to our values of Respect and Family. Drive the preparation of monthly financial models, performance reporting, and variance analysis against budget and prior year, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial management processes, including supporting implementation and optimization of financial systems. Support the annual budget and forecasting process for assigned Wealth business units, including analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities. Partner with Wealth business leaders to conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Provide financial and analytical support to senior leadership, including preparing clear, concise presentations and deliverables that enable decision-making. Act as a financial partner to business unit leaders, supporting cost management, operational efficiency, and scalable growth initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Business Intelligence & Analytics, People and Culture, and Legal teams to ensure alignment and shared success. Build and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, enhance automation, and streamline reporting deliverables. Analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend data-driven actions. Perform other duties as assigned in support of team and organizational priorities. Primary Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. ~6–8 years of experience in FP&A or a related field, with demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting junior team members. Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), MS Excel for handling complex data sets, and familiarity with ERP systems (OneStream, Oracle EPM/HFM). Proven ability to develop high-quality financial reports and presentations for leadership audiences. Demonstrated ability to contribute to high-performing, collaborative finance teams rooted in mutual respect and accountability. Experience supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple business units. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear business recommendations.
