Job Description Inizio Engage has a long-standing partnership with a leading biotechnology organization across Commercial, Patient Solutions and Medical Affairs businesses.  We are seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver educational support to identified Healthcare Professionals and office staff within primary care and specialist facilities in the field of a designated disease state. The Clinical Educator will provide disease state education with approved resources in accordance with program standards and compliance guidelines, while meeting all relevant expectations set by Inizio leadership and the client.  This is your opportunity to join Inizio Engage and represent a top biotechnology organization!  Why You’ll Love Working Here   We believe great people deserve great support—at work and beyond. That’s why we offer a rewards experience designed to help you thrive personally, professionally, and financially:  Competitive pay that recognizes your experience, expertise, and impact  Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; accrued paid time off; 401(k) with company match; disability and life insurance; and paid maternity and paternity leave  Company-paid holidays so you can rest, recharge, and focus on what matters most  Recognition programs, contests, and awards that celebrate your contributions  Continuous growth opportunities through learning, leadership development, and career advancement support  A collaborative culture where your ideas are valued and your work makes a difference  We’re also proud to be recognized for creating an exceptional employee experience:   Best Place to Work in BioPharma — 2022, 2023, 2025  Certified Great Place to Work® — 2021, 2023, 2025, 2026  Learn more:  https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/7003732   What will you be doing?   Provide in-depth clinical education on disease states and management protocols to healthcare providers  Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders through education utilizing approved materials   Follow all compliance, legal, regulatory standards with materials, discussions and activity  Work within defined guardrails provided by the client with field counterparts  Complete all required training Inizio and client courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes  Responsible for accurate daily documentation of all office interactions and required reporting activities  Capture time and expenses through the designated Inizio systems  Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as required by Inizio and applicable state laws  Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences requested by client or Inizio to remain current on program developments and share best practices  Maintain client and company equipment and materials in accordance with instructions  Ensure all activities comply with company policy, code of conduct, as well as external industry regulations  Be contactable during working hours to respond to inquiries and perform responsibilities  Possess a full, valid United States driver’s license at all times and notify Inizio immediately of any offenses or accumulation of penalty points  Effectively manage assigned territory and travel as needed, including overnight travel  Perform other duties as requested  Clinical Educators do not provide nursing services, medical or treatment advice, and do not market or promote pharmacological products.  What do you need for this position?   Qualified Healthcare Professional with current state license (Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse preferred)  Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, BSN, or equivalent work-related experience  Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field; respiratory experience preferred  Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry as a clinical educator or in sales preferred  Excellent professional communication and presentation skills  Ability to present to physicians and various members of office staff  Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, and able to work independently and manage priorities  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities and territory priorities  Self-starter with high personal motivation  Evidence of continual professional development and commitment to maintaining clinical knowledge  Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight stays, must reside within their assigned territory  Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment  The base pay range for this position is $88K – $163K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
