Position Summary
The Crew2 Design Consultant is responsible for conducting in-home sales consultations with prospective customers to recommend and sell cabinet refacing and kitchen remodeling solutions. This role focuses on delivering a professional, consultative customer experience while achieving established sales targets. The position is field-based and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. Sales Consultants are provided with pre-qualified, company-generated leads and are expected to manage the full sales cycle, from initial consultation through contract execution. Key Responsibilities
Travel within the assigned territory to conduct scheduled in-home sales appointments (How many appointments are we seeing on average?)
Assess customer needs, preferences, and project goals
Measure spaces and develop customized cabinet refacing and remodeling solutions
Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions to customers
Execute sales agreements and ensure accuracy of all project documentation
Apply established sales processes and methodologies to achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Prior sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and effectively manage customer interactions in a home environment
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency with basic technology and sales tools
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Training and Development

Work Environment
