Curious and innovative problem solvers looking for the chance to meaningfully shape the future of cardiac health, our company, and your career About This Role: iRhythm   is   seeking   a strategic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support   a ssigned   business groups within our Global Business Operations organization.   A cross Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement,   and Customer Care,  our frontline teams keep the work moving - producing devices, supporting clinical review, managing materials, and keeping our operations running day in and day out .   We show up with accountability, teamwork, and pride in doing   what’s   right for patients and providers.   In this role, you will partner closely with   Senior O perations   leaders and HR leadership to shape and execute enterprise   people   strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor,   partn ering wi th   leaders   to   drive   trans formation ,   strengthen organizational effectiveness,   lead   workforce,   and   t alent   planning , all   while   navigat ing   change ,   t o   operate   at scale. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.   This is a remote position with   approximately 20 –30% travel within the United State s ( primarily   San   Franci sco , C A, De erfield , IL an d   Houst on, T X.   What You Will Do:   Strategic Business Partnership   Serve as a   consult ant and   trusted advisor to senior leaders across   Business Operations , aligning   people   strategies with business priorities.   Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that enable business growth and scalability.   Provide   data-driven insights to inform decision-making across talent, engagement, retention, and organizational health.   Transformatio n,   Organizational Effectiveness,   a nd   Change   Lead and   exe cute   large-scale change initiatives, including organizational design, restructuring, and transformation efforts ; often   driven by   innov ative A I and tec hnology - driven   solut ions.   Consul tati ve , thought partn er   to lea ders   in desi gning   and   recommendi ng   organizational   model s ,   influencing   exte rnal   best pr actices o n spans , la yers ,   func tional   and matri x   operating   models ,   to   m ax imize   cross -f unctional   colla boration an d   perfo rmance.   Assess organizational health using workforce data, employee feedback, and business metrics; translate insights into actionable recommendations.   Str ategic   Workforc e & Tal ent Planning   Translate enterprise talent strategies into actionable outcomes for assigned business groups.   Lead and   facilitate   talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring rigorous assessment and follow-through for critical and high-potential talent.   Coach leaders on   t alent   and devel opment p lanning and   leadership effectiveness .   Partner with leaders to design targeted development plans and build strong leadership pipelines.   Enable leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams by strengthening leadership capability and team effectiveness.   Drive alignment to   iRhythm’s   culture and values during periods of growth and change.   Partnership with HR Centers of Excellence   Reinforce HR Operating model with business leaders ensuring that   HR   Centers   of   Excellence   ( COE ’s )   are   the   direct   point of contact for resolution of HR Operations   (A SKHR) , Employee Relations,   Perfo rmance   Manag ement,   Benefits,   and   Talent Acquisition   needs.    Collaborate w ith   HR Centers of Excellence to deliver and reinforce enterprise programs.   Partner with Total Rewards to advise on compensation and incentive strategies aligned to market, business priorities, and internal equity.   Pa rtner with   Talent Acquisition to support critical hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent pipeline strategy.   Partner   with   Employee   Relations   team   on   complex employee   performance   and conduc t   issues, ensuring balanced,   complaint , and business-aligned outcomes.     Par tner with Empl oyee Relations   and P eop le & C ulture tea m   t o   identify   tr ends   on   performance management, coaching, and corrective action   to   d evelop   leade rship and   develop ment   programs   for people   leaders.   Proactively   identify   and mitigate organizational and people-related risks.   Qualifications   Bachelor’s   degree   required .   8+ years of progressive HR BP   experience, including   prov en   suc cess   in leading   cha nge   initiatives, org   design ,   and   stra tegic   workforce   and talent p lanning .   Experience   supporting   large-scale   clien t s   ( 500+   emplo yees )   up   to VP   l evel ;   in   an HR or ganization   with a   mature   C OE   HR   Operating   m odel   r equired .   Experience supporting   h ourly   California-based employees and/or knowledge of California employment law preferred .   Bu siness Acum en :   Dem onstrated   business   acume n; ab ility to t ranslate   1–3-year   business   p lans into workfor ce   s trategy .   L eadershi p   &   Im pact -   Operates   a s a   strategi c, thought   partner   initiating   ideas   and   devel op in g   recommen dat ions   t hat will   have   b road   imp act acr oss the busi ness.   C onsulting   & Inf luence :   Proven
