Manager, Warehouse Operation 2nd Shift

Job Description Summary: Manger, Warehouse Operations responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shipping operations within the warehouse. This includes coordinating shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries, and supervising a team of shipping associates. Job Description: Plan and coordinate daily shipping activities to meet customer requirements and deadlines Assign tasks and monitor the performance of shipping associates to ensure efficiency and productivity Verify and prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs forms Inspect and ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare reports on shipping activities Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and safety standards Train and mentor shipping associates on proper procedures and best practices Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to streamline shipping operations Qualification(s): Education(s): Work Experience: Skill(s): Language(s): Certification(s): Not Applicable The anticipated compensation range is 69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
