Job Description Summary: The Production / Assembly Manager oversees product assembly, value-added services (VAS), kitting, rework, and special set assembly within a distribution center integrated with SAP and WMS systems. This role ensures schedule adherence, material accuracy, and quality compliance. Job Description: Key Responsibilities  Manage daily assembly and kitting schedules  Coordinate material staging aligned with SAP production or delivery orders  Ensure WMS system accuracy for component consumption  Support automated or semi-automated packaging workflows  Maintain retailer compliance for customized sets  Monitor BOM integrity and inventory variance  Lead lean process improvements Performance Metrics  Schedule adherence ≥ 98%  Scrap/damage rate  Labor e􀆯iciency variance  Cost per assembled unit  Compliance adherence Qualifications  5+ years production or DC-based assembly leadership  Knowledge of SAP delivery order types and material integration  Experience supporting retailer compliance programs  Exposure to automation systems preferred  Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred Qualification(s): Education(s): Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Operations Management Work Experience: Experience Range IV: 8 - 13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field Skill(s): Language(s): English Certification(s): Not Applicable The anticipated compensation range is 50,000.00 - 104,000.00 USD Annual Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
