Job Description Summary The Sr. Specialist of North America Procurement, Logistics, will be responsible for managing Procurement & program optimization for ~$226m in logistics expenditures across the North America business. This role will serve as a key contributor to NA Procurement by aiding execution of long & short-term objectives aligned with the company’s mission + overall strategic goals related to growth, cost savings, supply continuity & risk management. This role will develop & execute a strategic vision for procurement to drive key supply chain opportunities by serving as a trusted partner/advisor to customer service planning & logistics (CSP&L) operations. In addition, the Sr. Specialist will be tasked with acting as a change agent, furthering the deployment of best-in-class procurement capabilities to support CSP&L in deploying innovative improvements to logistics procurement procedures, processes & systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Strong people skills & the ability to interface at all levels of the enterprise will be essential or this role to drive the intended organizational change.
