Product Definition Engineer – Power Path ICs ____________________________________________________________________ About the role We are looking for a Product Definition Engineer (Systems / Applications Engineer) to drive the development of next-generation power devices including dc-dc converters, hot-swap controllers. You will translate system and customer needs into product specifications targeting automotive, and computing/server markets, while collaborating closely with R&D, marketing, and customers. What you will do Analyze market trends and customer requirements across automotive, industrial, and server applications Define product requirements (CRS, design targets, datasheet parameters) Act as technical interface between customers and internal teams Perform competitive benchmarking (performance, cost, features) Own product roadmap and NPI pipeline Create business cases, perform ROI analysis, and own results Collaborate with cross-functional development team to bring products to market Train marketing and field applications to drive assigned portfolio to revenue Your profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years experience in applications, systems, or product definition engineering Experience with power ICs: dc-dc buck converters/controllers, hot-swap controllers Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or server power systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate system requirements into IC specifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Why join us?
