Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group. Job Summary     The   future   is   bright   for   the   Porch Group , and   we’d   love   for   you   to   be a   part   of   it   as a  Sales Development Representative As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Inspection & Real Estate unit, you will be joining a Sales team focused on outbound outreach to introduce multiple software platforms that support different businesses connected to the Home Inspection Market. You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team in scaling sales operations. You will join a small team where you will directly input into the go-to-market strategy.    What   You   Will Do As A  Sales Development Representative Develop new business via mass communication such as email, SMS, and phone to introduce our SaaS solution within the target market  Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts  Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and passing off qualified opportunities to the sales team  Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospects  Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate         What   You   Will   Bring   As A  Sales Development Representative 1-3 years of  telemarketing and/or inside sales experience, specifically with B2B  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed  Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment  Prior lead generation experience  Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate  Experience with Salesforce  Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas  Coachable with an appetite to seek and, most importantly, adapt when feedback is given  The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly  To be adaptable and think outside the box to proactively address potential roadblocks and/or issues  Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload    What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group     Monthly Salary : COP   2,765,000.00 Monthly incentive bonus : COP 691,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance  You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.  #LI-FQ1     #LI-Remote   What’s next?
