Job Summary   The future is bright for the Porch Group, and   we’d   love   you to be a part of it as   a   Senior Marketing Designer We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to work closely with marketing channel owners to turn campaign and creative briefs into polished, on-brand assets across our portfolio of brands.  This is a hands-on design role for someone who can move quickly, manage multiple requests, and translate business goals into effective creative across web, email, paid media, social, and sales collateral. The right person is highly tactical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established brand systems while bringing a strong design point of view to each project.  You will partner with channel owners to understand campaign goals, audience needs, timelines, and performance context, then produce creative that is clear, consistent, and ready to launch.  What You Will Do   As   A Senior Marketing Designer Creative Execution & Production Campaign Creative: Design assets for marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, landing pages, etc.  Brief Translation: Take campaign and creative briefs from channel owners and turn them into effective visual concepts and finished assets.  Fast, High-Quality Output: Balance speed and quality while managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.  Multi-Channel Design: Create design work across a wide range of formats, including:  Website and landing page visuals  Email marketing assets  Paid social and display ads  Social graphics and informational posts  Presentation or internal support materials  Production-Ready Files: Deliver clean, organized, final files that are easy to use, hand off, and adapt across channels.  Brand Stewardship  Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines across all creative work to ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone.  Design Judgment: Use strong design instincts to make smart choices around layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, and channel-specific best practices.  Brand Systems: Help maintain and improve reusable design systems, templates, components, and creative patterns.  Quality Control: Review work carefully for accuracy, polish, and alignment with brand standards before it goes live.  Collaboration & Feedback  Channel Partnership: Work directly with channel owners to understand the goal of each request, the intended audience, and what success looks like.  Stakeholder Feedback: Manage feedback in a clear, practical way by asking clarifying questions, organizing revisions, and keeping projects moving.  Creative Recommendations: Offer thoughtful design recommendations when a request could be improved based on brand standards, user experience, channel performance, or creative best practices.  Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and other internal teams to support business needs across the portfolio.  What You Will Bring   As   A   Senior Marketing Designer Experience & Background  5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in-house or within an agency supporting marketing teams  Strong portfolio showing marketing design across digital channels  Experience in designing direct response assets  Strong skillset in testing methodology and how it relates to design testing  Experience designing within established brand guidelines  Ability to take a brief from request to final asset with limited hand-holding  Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at once  Comfort designing for performance-oriented channels like email, paid social, display, and landing pages  Design Craft & Tools  Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite  Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy skills  Experience creating reusable templates, components, and design systems  Understanding of channel-specific specs and best practices  Ability to prepare clean files for handoff, production, or implementation  Basic understanding of web, email, and responsive design principles  Working Style  Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment  Strong communicator who can explain design decisions clearly  Comfortable asking questions when a brief is unclear  Open to feedback while also able to offer a clear design recommendation  Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to move work forward independently  Practical, solutions-oriented, and focused on creating work that supports campaign goals  Preferred Qualifications  Experience designing for multi-brand organizations  Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platforms  Working knowledge of
