Protech Automotive Solutions and its affiliated brands is looking for highly talented, dedicated and quality-focused teammates to provide top tier service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries Qualify prospects by identifying needs, pain points, and decision criteria Effectively present Protech’s services and value proposition to drive conversion Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targets Drive service upsell opportunities and proactively communicate relevant service notifications to customers Accurately document all interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a seamless customer experience Provide ongoing feedback on lead quality, customer insights, and messaging effectiveness to improve overall sales performance Qualifications Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a high-activity environment Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly Demonstrated ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred What We Offer Weekly pay Performance-based bonus structure upon full-time conversion Consistent schedule with a steady flow of warm, qualified leads Opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization About Protech Automotive Solutions Protech Automotive Solutions™ is a leader in advanced vehicle diagnostics and calibration services.
